God, at times, its like being in a third world country. The whole market is unregulated, and the amount of paperwork involved is horrendous and having to pay stamp duty amounts to being "legally" mugged by your government!
I don't know - why can't buying a house be as easy as buying a car or a pair of shoes?

didn't u know that UK is a third world? it is...everything is slow, especially all the paper work, especially public offices....but expensive...
so, it means that you've bought a house? congratulations! it seems that you could be able to save so much dosh while u were in choheung...or u had any second job? or any illegal work? haha
